Returns

For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with the purchased products, please contact us at info@laveeta.com.au.

 

Cancelling your order

Please kindly note, once an order and payment has been processed the order cannot be changed or cancelled. We pack orders quickly, which means we normally cannot make any changes once you’ve placed it.

 

Incorrect or Damaged product

If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laveeta.com.au.

 

Follow the process:

  1. Get in touch

          If you receive an incorrect product please send us an email together with the photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. We’ll get back to you

          One of our Customer Service team members will contact you via email or by phone and will work out a solution.

  1. Then what happens?

           We will act on the solution discussed with you within the following 2 – 3 business days.
